I slept 6.7 hours, checked in to 4 places, took 9 photos, wrote 1 microblog, and walked 5.6 miles. I was in Des Moines.

	8:15 pm	Course 1 - aged cheese bread and pickled broccoli
	8:16 pm	Very happy to be out
	8:32 pm	Course 2 - amuses included a potato cake with beef tartare and fish on some kind of rice bowl
	8:48 pm	Course 3 - Sweet potato, some kind of duck egg, and other wild things
	8:59 pm	Course 4 - Squash
	9:19 pm	Course 5 - Sunchoke pasta
	9:35 pm	Course 6 - Halibut
	9:53 pm	Course 7 - Wagyu steak and duck tortellini and mushrooms
	10:07 pm	Course 8 - Chocolate Ganache with matcha ice cream (and astronaut matcha ice cream)
	10:39 pm	I just took Kari out for an 8 course meal and now weigh 400lbs
