How'd it go? Is the kimchi out of a jar? What else?

It went pretty well and tasted great, but we actually didn't do kimchi.
The sides were sauteed spinach/sesame, korean spiced cucumbers, sauteed carrots, steamed sprouts/green onions, and sauteed shiitake mushrooms.
Nailed the homemade bulgogi...
I tried to do the whole crispy rice thing in an iron skillet since we didn't have the stone pots, but didn't let it go long enough. I also got the wrong spicy korean sauce, heh. Sriracha substitute.

Sarah's aunt is Korean and I ask her to make it for me every time I see her. I need to just do learn to do it myself.
