Small CIA is Done! posted

Small CIA is finally complete. The movie itself is about 10 minutes long and it's pretty flippin good considering we filmed the movie in 1 day, and I edited it in 3 sessions. There is also about 10 minutes of outtakes and funny stuff at the end. This includes a few "cky style" clips of my cousins riding their bikes into chain link fences, hah. I probably won't be able to put it online due to the length of the movie, but if you live around me, maybe you'll get a chance to see it. Or if you want to send me a blank tape, or money for a blank tape and shipping, I'll send you a copy.

  • Yes, Sloppy Seconds was over 10 minutes, along with DEOS 4, but then again, Small CIA is about 20 minutes long, Sloppy Seconds was 13, and DEOS 4 was 15

  • this isn't a skate/soap/extreme sports video... so sloppy seconds and deos are pretty irrelevant here. that would be like saying the titanic is longer than cky2k...

  • aaaah. i'll see what i can do. right now it's still in uncompressed .mov format, it's a few gigs, and it's sitting on a mac in our library... so right now we're trying to figure out how to get it to my computer and convert it to wmv. If i can get it down to a small enough size, at a decent quality... i'll let you know.

  • Small CIA was good, not great, but you cant ask much from a 10min video with little kids. Major plot holes seemed to pop up a lot, and Derek's character did nothing but screw up, and then demand a little kid take care of his problem, but it was funny, and really well done conceptually and editing wise.
