Can you provide some of the cost-savings benefits it has provided? I am looking to do some house projects in the next year and find good contractors is tough. It is all word of mouth at this point for me.

I guess the benefit has been that I'm not just blindly calling random hvac/plumbing/garage door service companies. The reviews are comprehensive and overall great. Some of the companies also have Angie's List coupons, etc.

We used Angie's List a lot when we lived in Indianapolis (where they're based). I didn't realize they had expanded to Des Moines (when we moved they had not). Biggest benefit is the reviews and then the contractors knowing that they'll be reviewed on Angie's List after they finish your job, too.

Do you know if they cross it with BBB? Sometimes knowing that they are a A+ BBB company is helpful so if you have an issue, they will resolve it quickly.

Brandon they do have links for the BBB for the individuals but it just links to the BBB main site then you have to do a search so its a little more involved. They also have links to do a google search of the vendor.

Awesome, that is really helpful. I will have to sign up and give it a try for my deck I want to build this fall.
