Ha. Yeaaaaa. It apparently takes 45-60 days to close, and if the new place isn't move-in ready in 2 months I will lose my mind. I also have a bit of a hard time believing it will actually sell fast, but we'll see!

Houses are selling within hours. People are putting in offers without even showings. It's going to go quick.

I pretty much had a heart attack keeping the house show ready with a full time job, two kids and four dogs. Have fun in stress city and sell quick

Mine's been on the market in Newton since November, but then, that's Newton. Unbelievable what some people will tell the realtor as to why they aren't buying & then, as JR says, many just show a home - don't sell it so there you are. Good luck!
