When was the last rebuild? I find a factory reset and cache partition wipe goes a long way.... And the reinstall of apps is automatic... Most apps store in the cloud (but not all)
Hopefully support suggested this, but if doing a factory reset doesn't help then you probably have a shitty flash storage chip and your phone needs to be replaced. My pixel 1 replacement made a world of difference.
