Have you shifted things online that you hadn’t before? We’ve been ordering food delivery more and I’ll put six sticks of deodorant into my cart when shopping online.
We get sunbasket meals delivered for most dinners that we cook at home. Deodorant has been on an Amazon subscription for years. Clothes have almost always been online. Most other things are stocking up from HyVee. It’s the lack of hardware store visits that are killing me.
And Menards will make you wear a mask (or sell you one for 99¢). Imagine this has been eye-opening for people to see all they can do online if there are absolutely no other options.
Requiring a mask seems reasonable. I will go to a hardware store during off hours if o need to... but I am largely just not fucking around because my wife’s immune system is compromised.

How’ve you adapted in the last couple months? Stocking up across fewer trips? More online orders? Leveraging third-party services?

Fewer trips to the grocery store. Everything else online.
