Last week when I boarded a flight in ATL, Delta scanned my face instead of my boarding pass. Facial recognition matched to my passport photo, which matched to my ticket and allowed me onboard. Zero contact and my boarding pass never came out of my pocket. 🤯 The future.
I mean, they already have your passport info and photo. They know you’re checked in and scheduled to board the flight. Where’s the violation of privacy?
It's what they do with the facial rec. profile, When I look at what China is doing with their facial recognition profile data it makes me nervous about the future. Not under this administration but a state that was controlled by say President Marjorie Taylor Greene. #socialcredit
