Gringo Like Me - written by Ennio Morricone, performed by Peter Tevis.
It's an awesome old country song.
It's the theme to Gunfight at Red Sands.
It appears on the Hot Rod soundtrack.
It has been remixed to be awesome.
the mix i heard was by some dj playing the lobby at The Standard hotel in west hollywood. it was a pretty solid upbeat/club/dance/house remix that just had a few of the lyrics from the song. "keep your hand on your gun" and "be the first one to fire"
i can't find it anywhere... i'm guessing the dj that played it made the track. sad day.
if anyone stumbles upon this and knows what it is or where i can get it, please let me know!
