I slept 8.3 hours, checked in to 4 places, took 4 photos, wrote 1 microblog, walked 5.4 miles, and weighed 182.5 pounds. I was in Des Moines.

	8:10 am	woke up after sleeping 8.3 hours
	11:00 am	checked in at Gravitate 2.0, Des Moines, Iowa
	11:51 am	checked in at Lucky Lotus, Des Moines, Iowa
	12:31 pm	Zay rolls through town. Tells me last minute. We get lunch.

	4:38 pm	I literally have no idea why I use Google voice anymore... I don't think it provides any utility? 11 comments
	11:10 pm	I moved the low voltage garage door wires into the ceiling and replaced the grungy old connections to the opener with Cat-6... I have no idea if this will last given the super low-gauge wires, but it looks nicer.
