I slept 6.9 hours, checked in to 12 places, took 14 photos, wrote 4 microblogs, walked 4.9 miles, and weighed 184.4 pounds. I was in Ankeny, West Des Moines, Des Moines, and Pleasant Hill.

	10:20 am	Just opened the mail client on my 1st gen iPad for the 1st time in ~2yrs and there was apparently gold in my outbox. I hope you got some. 3 comments
