I checked in to 2 places, took 3 photos, wrote 1 microblog, walked 6.8 miles, and weighed 182.3 pounds. I was in Des Moines.

	2:05 pm	The preamp, Sonos connect, and the hub for my security cameras all hide behind a removable toe kick.
	4:23 pm	A couple hoodlums walkin our back fence line
	7:08 pm	checked in at Brenton Skating Plaza, Des Moines, Iowa
	8:46 pm	checked in at Fong's Pizza, Des Moines, Iowa
	9:10 pm	Won the first round of this season's Broomball playoffs in double overtime, with no subs. Just need 2 more wins! But first: pizza+beer
