I slept 9.7 hours, posted 1 photo album, checked in to 7 places, took 17 photos, wrote 1 microblog, and walked 8.2 miles. I was in Banff, Des Moines, Improvement District No. 9, and Lake Louise.

	10:23 pm	Over the past few days in Canada I’ve met some fantastic young folks with a glow that I’ve not seen in a long time. It gave me a hope for the future that my home in the United States does not.
