I slept 10.0 hours, checked in to 6 places, took 3 photos, wrote 1 microblog, and walked 3.6 miles. I was in Des Moines.

	1:05 pm	Just went to the gym for the first time in nearly 2 years and it felt awesome. I had also forgotten how much old men like to let their butts and nuts hang in the locker room.
