I slept 6.5 hours, checked in to 7 places, took 2 photos, wrote 1 microblog, and walked 5.4 miles. I was in Des Moines.

	5:14 am	woke up after sleeping 6.5 hours
	7:15 am	I’ve got the day off and the house to myself. Plans include: dewski slamming, woodworking, yoga, biking, and loud music. Stoked.
