I checked in to 6 places, took 8 photos, wrote 4 microblogs, walked 3.7 miles, and weighed 181.0 pounds. I was in Des Moines.

	9:29 am	Spent a couple hours hand sanding a bunch of oak last night. Today, all of my fingerprint sensors are useless.
	9:39 am	This is all you need to make a little 1-egg omelette breakfast
	9:40 am	Start with 1 egg in a custard dish
	9:40 am	Scramble that egg
	9:41 am	Add a bit of cheese and stick this thing in the microwave for ~45 seconds. Time depends on both microwave and dish type.
	9:42 am	While the egg is microwaving, give some cheese to the dog
	9:43 am	Take the egg out of the microwave and add Tabasco, or salt and pepper, or Cholula, or whatever sounds good that day.
	9:43 am	Chop that egg up with a spoon and eat it.
