I checked in to 7 places, took 1 photo, wrote 3 microblogs, walked 3.6 miles, and weighed 181.6 pounds. I was in Des Moines.

	8:44 am	ran eyeball first into a steel rod yesterday. good news: my glasses saved my eyeball. bad news: my glasses have a huge scratch now. 🙂🙁
