I slept 8.3 hours, checked in to 1 place, took 1 photo, wrote 5 microblogs, walked 2.5 miles, and weighed 176.6 pounds. I was in Des Moines and Ankeny.

	8:30 am	woke up after sleeping 8.3 hours
	9:12 am	I regret not doing that 17 mile, river valley bike ride home in the dark last night.
