	5:00 am	Our first stop in Tokyo was this really tasty soba place. First course: this fish.
	5:06 am	This course was a bunch of amazing little foods. That dude on the top right was conch served escargot style.

	10:57 pm	This was one of the most incredible meals I've ever had. We spent about 2 hours with this dude for lunch. No menus. Just lots and lots of really good fish.
