14 years ago, I built a small keezer to keep homebrew on tap in our house. It served us well and helped throw a few great parties, but we outgrew it and decided that we wanted a little more fridge/freezer space for things OTHER than beer. So, we picked up a new, fairly bare-bones Maytag side-by-side fridge to throw into our storage room, which sits conveniently just behind our rec room. Our plan was to use the lower part of the fridge to store kegs, and the upper part for cans of soda, beer, extra food during the holidays, whatever. From there, I wanted to plumb 2 air-cooled ducts from the fridge and into the wall behind our rec room so that I could have taps above the bar.
