  • I ripped down some 3/8" x 3/4" strips of solid oak to face the inner shelves.

Before finishing the handrail system in our house, I decided it'd be a good idea to get a little more practice with the finicky dark alkyd stain that I'd be using. So, I decided to work on the most fun project on my list... a turntable station to fill an old closet/bar space in our living room.
