I slept 3.2 hours, checked in to 2 places, took 8 photos, wrote 3 microblogs, and walked 3.7 miles. I was in Des Moines, Urbandale, West Des Moines, and Johnston.

	4:10 am	woke up after sleeping 3.2 hours
	7:40 am	Goin to get that leg checked out
	7:45 am	Likin his first Jeep ride
	7:58 am	checked in at Value Vet, Urbandale, Iowa
	8:29 am	Benny’s knee
	8:31 am	Goin over Benny’s torn ACL with Dr Gretta
	11:30 am	2 years ago, I saw DMX perform in Des Moines and then fist bumped him at a club before anyone else noticed he was there... At the time, he seemed like he was on the up... Addiction, man... RIP
