I slept 7.7 hours, checked in to 4 places, took 1 photo, wrote 7 microblogs, walked 3.9 miles, and weighed 177.5 pounds. I was in Ankeny and Des Moines.

	8:40 am	woke up after sleeping 7.7 hours
