I decided to try cutting gluten and alcohol from my diet for the month of January. Halfway through the month, being alcohol-free is much easier than being gluten-free… but I’ve not really noticed any changes in my body or mind state.
We’ll see how the rest of the month goes.

In the US, my partner with a chronic condition waits weeks to months for specialists to diagnose worsening symptoms and often gets no answers.
Our healthcare system isn’t better. It’s actually quite terrible.
