Tonight was awesome. I got to hang with my buddy, Allie, my cousin, Alexia, and see some fun bands. All bookended by 2 great 30 minute uber experiences.

Calgary is cool and Banff National Park is beautiful. Home after a week of exploring, watching hockey, snowshoeing, hiking, soaking in hot springs, and enjoying a bunch of great food + drinks.

I did my first dry January, which is probably the longest dry stint that I've had in half my life. I also cut out gluten and wrote about both.
