Went in for my physical. Unsurprisingly, my doctor told me to lose 10lbs.
I’ve unconsciously been on this mission to consume every food and drink within reach for a long while now.
I have no self control when there are so many flavors to taste, chips to chomp and drinks to sip.

Pulled up to Home Depot right as Madonna - Vogue started playing in my Bronco. Walked into the store and Vogue was playing over the sound system. Quickly grabbed what I needed and now I’m back in my bronco listening to Vogue again.
What a day.

Today, I played in a best ball tournament with some buds and if we were shooting video, we would’ve topped the JustGuysBeingDudes subreddit for sure. Shenanigans, side games, and so much fun.
10 under at a tough ass course wasn’t bad either.

Just replaced my expiring Nest Protect Smoke+CO detectors with some First Alerts and I am irrationally upset about it, haha. Feels weird to have loved a smoke detector that much, but man they were such great products.

The past couple nights have been pretty awesome. No travel. No plans. No todo list.
I just kinda hung out… rode my bike, organized some things, made dinner, chatted with friends, and even thought about watching TV.
I should try this more often.
