I read an article this morning that said, hunger is the feeling of losing weight… that we shouldn’t panic when we feel hungry, and that we should take time to celebrate that the body’s in fat burning mode.
I haven’t really stopped thinking about that since.

Today, my wife picked me up from the airport and drove me straight to the golf course just in time for league.
Hammered the first drive and walked off with a birdie. Par on 2. Even after 3. And then I don’t really wanna talk about the rest. But it still felt good.

Kari and I will be celebrating our 20th anniversary this fall.
