Had the bright idea to take Kari up to Ankeny for dinner... for the nostalgia. It was a horrible idea. God I'm glad we moved out of this place.

I've been noticing a weird epenthesis lately where a lot of people (myself included) seem to append a T sound when saying "hey" in passing. Everyone is basically just walking around saying, "hate"

Kari and I are currently eating Kraft macaroni and cheese mixed with spaghetti-O's. It is disgusting... but also kind of awesome.
